Slow Time On WoW

Our guild is having a slow spell right now. I am okay with that. I am proud the majority of our players have lives outside of World of Warcraft and they are mature enough to step away from the computer for months at a time. Well done!

I have a lot going on with relocating to another city myself. But I will return a bit more steady in a couple weeks.

It's funny - my good friend and I play WoW together often and we have decided we are the high class players in Azeroth because we are usually having a glass of wine while waiting on bg ques and talking philosophy between quests ha ha. It is true. Philosophical nerds are we!

After getting settled into our new digs - I'll be continuing on the path of leveling a toon of every class - all of which are horde, on Ysondre, in the same guild. I'm a very casual player, but I'm a darn good cheering section if people are serious about raiding and all that. I'm thinking I will make one of my healers into my main pve'er. I used to enjoy pve with my mage, but when frost became the end all, be all spec - I stopped playing her so much. Frost isn't as fun as Arcane to me, but I may learn to love it - til then I have 7 other toons to level to 85. Yes, 3 down, 7 to go!

New Year's Bash - Happy 2011

So I wanted to tell you about our party.  We were having an amazing time...

When Mcsmalls decided to wow us with his Soulja Boy moves while we listened to Crank That (Soulja Boy) - it was so inspiring...

I was getting kinda worried cuz things were heatin up - sure enough he set the whole place on fire.  Crap.  There goes my deposit.

We got the flames put out fast though.  Thank goodness for frost circles and such - I totally did not mean to freeze Ty.  He just kinda walked over it.

So yeah, when Sunryze started in dancin to Single Ladies we had to keep her awesomeness in check with our laser beams.  No more fires!

All was well.  Then this elemental guy showed up.  We told him he could stay as long as he didn't call down a big giant light beam of fire.

We decided we better play some games before we burned the place down.  Several of our members lost their clothes in the blaze and are currently accepting donations.  The two guys not in our guild were really sad their guilds were too lame to play musical chairs on New Year's Eve. 

We tried to invite them, but Fobos told them we set him on fire the same day he joined up.  They left.

So after several games of musical chairs, random door prize giveaways, and a lot of dancing to music on vent... the announcement was made...you don't have to go home, but you have to get the heck outta here.

Bummer.  Happy New Year from Mischievous :)

Critter Killer Christmas Raid

We got a raid of about 5-10 people together one night a few weeks ago and killed 50k critters to get our armadillo pet. Success! Then much to our horror, another achievement to kill another 50k critters opened up and for no reward at all. It took two nights to get this one done but we did it. The last night was just a night or two before Christmas Eve so we donned our gay apparel and executed some turkeys.

 

No turkey will go unharmed.
